Our Customer, one of the largest CEE retail banks, currently implements a vast and crucial program that covers Core-banking system, loans, mortgages, DWH etc. This implementation takes place in Serbia and is about to cover other countries in CEE region. Given the technology stack, business mindset applied and expected outcome, this is a green field project. The specific area our Customer wants us to cover are in Testing.
What would you do?
- Monitors reported deffects according to timeframe and statuses
- Manages defect Triage meetings
- Defect tracking and reporting
- Communicates with all parties involved in defect resoultion and clarification
- Escalation of problems not solved and reopend bugs
- Monitors problems resolution
What makes you relevant for the role?
- Proven track record in Testing, Banking/Finance areas
- Proven experience with coordinating/managing multiple teams; virtual teams
- Fluent English
- Ability to work effectively on a remote basis with regular (but not frequent) travels to Serbia when overall situation allows
