Our Customer, one of the largest CEE retail banks, currently implements a vast and crucial program that covers Core-banking system, loans, mortgages, DWH etc. This implementation takes place in Serbia and is about to cover other countries in CEE region. Given the technology stack, business mindset applied and expected outcome, this is a green field project, and they are looking for skilled Project Management Officers.
What would you do?
- Administration and organizational support for Testing Program
- Organization of different update and/or status and other meetings, making notes, updating topic statuses etc.
- Daily data exproting for following deadlines, closing and updating tasks in JIRA
- Administration of Sharepoint
- Deadline following, reminding and escalation
- Daily communication with Vendors, internal stakeholders and Test Managers
What makes you relevant for the role?
- Proven experience with coordinating/managing multiple teams; virtual teams
- Fluent English
- Ability to work effectively on a remote basis with regular (but not frequent) travels to Serbia when overall situation allows
